My Story

Hi, I’m Anna,

Career Coach, household manager, mum, taxi driver, wife and much more.

In a successful 13 years career in a fast moving Multinational company I have worn many hats and reinvented myself multiple times. From Marketing to Category Management, moving countries, to Business Insights and eCommerce.

It hasn’t always been easy.

7 years ago, I reached a real low point of my life. Struggling, just having had my third child, in a stressful job and a husband with a demanding career. It felt like I didn’t have a moment to breathe, not enough time for anything, never being good enough. I beat myself up for not doing my job well and for being a terrible mum. I was exhausted, impatient with my children and life was overwhelming. Always being one step behind, rather than one step ahead.

I knew something had to change but wasn’t sure how to get out of this hamster wheel.

I will be forever grateful that a good friend recommended to see her life coach for a few sessions to help me gain more clarity. Throughout our 6 sessions together she made me realise that I had the power to take decisions in my life, to design a life that works for me, and although there are certain things that are a given, we have choices and can change our perspectives and how we deal with everything thrown at us. For the first time since a long time, I felt I had more control over my life.

This was the beginning of a new journey. I started reading self-help books, put routines into places, planned in time for myself and worked on my self-belief. And I took the brave decision to leave my job to set up my own business.

Bit by bit my life seemed change for the better and still is. I have embodied a new way of thinking and a new way of being. Not everything is always perfect, but I have come a long way (and so says my family 😉).

A few years back I took the decision to train with Animas, one of the leading Coach Training schools in the UK. I keep expanding my knowledge with additional trainings and am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
