About me

I know this way of operating well.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years in corporate roles across three countries, working in fast-moving, high-pressure environments and as an entrepreneur, while also balancing the demands of family life and raising three children.

Like many of the leaders I work with today, I became very good at functioning, performing, carrying responsibility, and holding everything together.

From the outside, life looked successful.
Internally, it often felt very different.

This work is deeply personal to me because I know what it feels like when the way you’ve always operated no longer feels sustainable — and how transformational it can be to lead and live differently.
